Killion v. Franklin Regional School District, et al.

U.S. District Judge Donald E. Ziegler granted Zachariah Paul's request for a protective order to keep secret the names of students who helped him create and distribute an email message ridiculing the school's athletic director.

Judge Ziegler ruled that revealing the names of Paul's classmates..."is irrelevant and neither necessary to the [defendants'] disruption defense nor likely to lead to admissible evidence as these contributions occurred off school grounds and in the sanctity of the unnamed students' homes."
