Judnick v. DoubleClick, Inc., et al.

A Californian woman filed suit on behalf of the public in Marin (Calif.) County Superior Court against DoubleClick, an Internet advertising company. Her suit asks the court to prevent the company from using technology to collect personal information from Internet users without their prior written consent.
