America Online, Inc. v. Anonymous Publicly Traded Co.
On March 2, 2001, Virginia Supreme Court Justice Donald W. Lemons reversed and remanded the order of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County denying the relief sought by America Online in a case where America Online challenged the plaintiff's right to discover subscriber identities when the plaintiff refused to identify itself.
