GTE v. BellSouth

On January 11, 2000, the DC Court of Appeals issued an internet jurisdiction ruling, adopting with approval cases such as Bensusan and Cybersell. The Court was clearly reluctant to assert jurisdiction over mere access to a Web site, likening such access to a phone call within the District.
