Fine, et al. v. America Online, Inc.

On May 17, 2000, the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Judicial District affirmed a summary judgment from the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas in favor of the defendant, America Online, Inc., in an access dispute originally filed by the plaintiffs in January 1997.
