Junk E-mail Decisions and Litigation

AOL v. USA Home Employment

After USA Home Employment was identified as a spammer of "get-rich-quick" envelope stuffing schemes and despite a cease and desist request by AOL, this spammer continued to send junk e-mail into the AOL system and to AOL members.  Upon filing a complaint in California, AOL's motion for default judgment was granted.
