Typhoon v. Kentech Enterprises

On Aug. 20, 1997, the ISP Typhoon filed a lawsuit against Paging America, which alleged the pager company violated the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, as well as California and federal laws when it flooded Typhoon's servers and placed a false Typhoon return address in a massive spam campaign targeted at AOL users.
