Junk E-mail Decisions and Litigation

AOL v. Great Deals et al.

GreatDeals.Net is a seller of computer hardware. Despite having received a cease and desist request from AOL, GreatDeals.Net has continued to send junk e-mail to AOL members. In its complaint, AOL seeks damages and an end to spam sent from GreatDeals.Net.  The defendents filed a counter claim, which was dismissed in the Memorandum Opinion and Order.
