On April 14, 2000, the U.S. District Court
for the Eastern District of Virginia issued a final judgement ruling that AOL is the
lawful owner of all right, title and interest in and to the famous trademark
"AOL" and ordered The Ticket Connection
to transfer the registration of the domain name "aoltickets.com" to the
