Shenzhen JZT Computer Software
On September 6, 2000, a WIPO Arbitration and
Mediation Center panel ruled that the domain names, "gameicq.com" and
"gameicq.net", registered by Shenzhen JZT Computer Software Co. Ltd., are
identical or confusingly similar to the trademark in which America Online has rights and
that the domain names have been registered and used in bad faith. The panel ordered
the Respondent to transfer the registration of the domain name to America Online, Inc.
