On February 10, 2000, Judge Harold Kalina
(Ret.), Arbitrator for the National Arbitration Forum, ruled that the Respondent, QTR
Corporation, registered the domain name "icqsms.com" in bad faith and has no
rights or legitimate interests in respect to said domain name and ordered QTR Corporation to transfer the registration of the domain name
"icqsms.com" to the Complainant, America Online, Inc.
