America Online, Inc. v. Premier Staffing Service

On April 21, 2000, U.S. District Court Judge Leonie M. Brinkema of the Eastern District of Virginia ruled that AOL is the lawful owner of all right, title and interest in and to the famous trademark "AOL" and ordered Premier Staffing Service to transfer the registration of the domain name "aoljobs.com" to the Plaintiff, America Online, Inc.
