Intellectual Property

Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, et al.
v. iCraveTV, et al.

America's biggest film makers and broadcasters are going to court to stop a Toronto Internet startup from carrying TV shows and other programming on its Web site.

Ten movie studios and three broadcast companies - including Disney Enterprises, Inc., Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., Time Warner Entertainment Co. and ABC Inc., - have filed a lawsuit against iCraveTV and owner Bill Craig. They accuse the firm of violating U.S. copyright and trademark laws, and of engaging in unfair competition, among other things.
