On August 24, 2000, a WIPO Arbitration
and Mediation Center panel ruled that the Respondent, Dolphin@Heart, engaged in abusive
registration of the domain names "aolfrance.com", "aolgermany.com",
"aolireland.com" and "aolspain.com". The panel ordered
Dolphin@Heart to transfer the registration of the four domain names to the Complainant,
