Connect at 50 Plus
On September 29, 2000, a WIPO
Arbitration and Mediation Center panel ruled that the domain name, "icq-it.com",
registered by Connect at 50 Plus is identical and confusingly similar to the trademark and
service marks in which America Online has rights and that the domain name has been
registered and used in bad faith. The panel ordered Connect at 50 Plus to transfer
the registration of the domain name to America Online.
