America Online, Inc. v. Chan

On February 22, 2001, a WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center panel ruled that the domain name, "icqroaming.com," registered by Anson Chan, is identical to or confusingly similar to the trademark in which America Online has rights and that the domain name has been registered and used in bad faith.  The panel ordered the Respondent to transfer the registration of the domain name to America Online, Inc.
