Belmont Studios
On October 4, 2000, a WIPO Arbitration
and Mediation Center panel ruled that the domain names "icqpornjokes.com",
"icqsexchat.com" and "freeicqsex.com", registered by Belmont Studios,
Ltd., are identical and confusingly similar to the trademark in which America Online has
rights and that the domain names have been registered and used in bad faith. The
panel ordered Belmont Studios to transfer the registration of the domain names to America
Online.
