America Online, Inc. v. Barrutia

In an April 17, 2000 decision, National Arbitration Forum Justice James P. Buchele (ret.) ruled that the respondent in a domain name dispute with America Online, Inc. "registered the domain name ['aolmoviefone.com'] primarily for the purpose of protest and to disrupt Complainant's business."  The judge ordered the domain name to be transferred to America Online, Inc.
